1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the DotShifter website and our software engineering services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.
2. Engineering Services
DotShifter provides custom software development, code auditing, AI integration, and legacy modernization services. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables of any project will be governed by a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW) executed between DotShifter and the client.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless explicitly stated in a signed SOW, DotShifter retains the rights to our proprietary scaffolding orchestration code and internal tools. The final custom code developed specifically for your project will be transferred to you upon full payment, as outlined in your MSA.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall DotShifter, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DotShifter is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
